Run away
Run away
From ruddy duck valley
to Battown
Died and left her alone
Leaving town
x2
She was a fisherman's wife
Hands covered in scales
Cooking dinner and something else
It was a ruddy duck valley tale
She lived American dreams
Nightmares as well
God Damn
What the Hell
She live in Battown
After he was gone
She lived in Battown
Died and left her alone
Living in the attic above the garage
Not bat shit yet but shes skinner
Tied up her socks
Threw in the air
Shes skin and bones
living in jail
Tied up her socks
Threw in the air
Shes skin and bones
No one paid the bail
She live in Battown
After he was gone
She lived in Battown
Died and left her alone
She lived American dreams
Nightmares as well
God Damn
What the Hell

Drink your pink lemonade
drunken poet
It's getting cold outside
Don't forget your coat
It's only lights
From a semi
Drink your pink lemonade
Whisper your songs
Twiddle your thumbs
Dance with your friends
Wander the streets
Cigarettes
Ending in all
Ending it
It's only lights
From a semi
Eating lunch at the four leaf clover
Lucky rabbit's foot hanging from the mirror
My teeth ain't what they used to be
Got a mouth all full of cavities
Of cavities
Drink your pink lemonade
Whisper your songs
Twiddle your thumbs
Dance with your friends
Wander the streets
Cigarettes
Ending in all
Ending it
It's only lights
From a semi
He's a Goddamned liver now
He's a Goddamned liver
He's a Goddamned liver now
Drink your pink lemonade
drunken poet
It's getting cold outside
Don't forget your coat
It's only lights
From a semi

They say lumberjack men are a dying breed
He's a bonafide smoking machine
Cut his smokes in half instead of balancing a hatchet on his head
He felt much prettier then
He's the apple of your eye
Don't make him hold his breath
In the house up on the hill
Where his mother be
Like a bat out of hell
He'll run
Like a bat out of hell
There's a coon man sleeping on the back porch steps he's the son of my grandma
Met a lady in a hill in a tent they were dancing with the schnapps
She went loony, split the town, and painted his heart red
Left his wallet in Cement City should of left the booze instead.
He's the apple of your eye
Don't make him hold his breath
In the house up on the hill
Where his mother be
Like a bat out of hell
He'll run
Like a bat out of hell
Strong as an ox, he had him coffee maker lungs
They called him Billy Badass, he was numb to his thumbs
Two daughters, two bobcats, and the third wife he got
She'd be the death of him
He's the apple of your eye
Don't make him hold his breath
In the house up on the hill
Where his mother be
Like a bat out of hell
He'll run
Like a bat out of hell

Quiet empty soul
Brothers on the road
Looking for
Looking for
Fool's gold
Drove all the way to Nashville
Cobweb Brothers
Quiet empty soul
Brothers on the road
Trying to find
The devil to make a deal
We'll sell our souls in Nashville
Cobweb Brothers
Glad we've been
Cobweb Brothers again
Head Honcho
Jerome Gaucho
Clothes on my back
And my feet in line
But I don't wanna leave my baby
Just to sing my
Nashville Song
How'd we wind up here
On back roads again
Got the windows down
Scared you might fall out
Clothes on my back
And my feet in line
But I don't wanna leave my baby
Just to sing my
Glad we've been
Cobweb Brothers again
Head Honcho
Jerome Gaucho
Clothes on my back
And my feet in line
But I don't wanna leave my baby
Just to sing my
Nashville Song
It won my lo siento baby
Can't find her again
Almost lost her when I told her I'd be
Back after the weekend
There alone
Got the clothes on my back
And my feet in line
But I don't wanna leave my baby
Just to sing my
Quiet empty soul
Brothers on the road
Looking for
Looking for
Fool's gold
Drove all the way to Nashville
Cobweb Brothers
Quiet empty soul
Brothers on the road
Trying to find
The devil to make a deal
We'll sell our souls in Nashville
